Who Are We ?

A & M Agency is a successful full service SAG (Screen Actors Guild) approved talent agency providing quality union and non-union actors and models representation in all fields of Commercials, Television and Film throughout the Southwest states and California.

Since its inception in 2005, A&M Agency has become one of the largest, if not the largest Talent Agency in New Mexico, some call it the William Morris of New Mexico. A & M Agency has quickly become a power house agency throughout the southwest United States. Since that time the staff has taken countless number of inquiries from musicians for either representation and/or submissions for musicians and musical groups, vocalists and recording artists but to no avail. Prior to now, the head of A & M, Vince Pulli, felt the Agency’s strength and expertise was in the fields of Acting and Modeling. Vince didn’t feel qualified as an Agency to properly represent Musicians and the Music medium.

Now We Can!

As of November 21, 2007, A&M Agency announced the addition of a Music Division, spearheaded by its Director Paul T. Brandon.

Mr. Brandon is a Professional Drummer/Percussionist, Composer and Record Producer. Mr. Brandon has spent over 30 years in the music industry as a musician himself and still does live and recorded performances to this day. Having spent time on both sides of the console as well as working with a variety of contracts, Paul knows what is expected of professionals and understands the musician’s needs as well.

Having this balance between being a professional musician first and foremost combined with the knowledge of those in the industry who hire, having worn both shoes (so to speak), Paul is a true advocate for working musicians and entertainers, and is a catalyst, tour de force in regard to presenting you and your talent to those hiring in the music industry, be it record companies or film and television.

What do you need to be considered for representation by the Music Division of A & M Agency?

Along with great talent you need to submit your Press Kit including current photo(s), biography, CD and/or DVD or AVI file demos, any press i.e., articles, notable releases and contact information of current representation, if any.

How Much is It ?

There are no up-front costs to be represented by A & M Agency.
The only cost you may incurred is your own cost to produce your press kit and demo reel(s) that you submit to the agency.

Once you are accepted into A & M Agency, our Agency Music Division agreement states 15% of any work we book you, with one exception. The exception is any SAG (Screen Actors Guild) projects, i.e. Film &/or TV appearances and/or recording under standard SAG agreements. SAG projects only allow a 10% commission

What you can expect.

Submissions will be reviewed, then approved or rejected. Those approved will be contacted directly by the agency as confirmation. An interview time will be set up for an informal Questions and Answers session with the Music Director and Agency Director. A discussion will be conducted as to what direction and capacity A & M Agency will represent you and your obligations as a professional musician and member of A&M Agency.
